As we know SOUL is formed with Energy and Intelligence. Now When a SOUL takes a physical body, it has to match the vibration of Earth being in the body. Hence, accordingly, the physical body is built up with Chakras, Senses, Pranas, which are in subtle forms and are supported and influenced by the 5 elements of Nature or Universe.
These elements are the binding components for the pranas, senses and chakras which in turn help the physical body to hold and sustain on Earth along with its organs and other necessary physical elements
Hence if we can refresh periodically and have some control on these 5 Elements of Nature inside our physical system, we can keep our senses, pranas and chakras in a healthy state.
To keep ourselves healthy at all levels these Chakras, Senses and Pranas are vital, needless to mention. And if we can keep ourselves healthy at physical, mental and emotional level, our life would also reflect in a positive way as we would radiate positivity from within and fill the surroundings.
Traditionally it is mentioned in scriptures that each chakra, each sense or each prana is connected to one particular element out of 5. But through our sadhana and experience we have found that each chakra, each sense or each prana is connected to all 5 elements.
From time to time based on one’s journey on EARTH, soul planning, lifestyle, human Quality, these elements get connected to our chakras, senses or Pranas and influence or affect our life. This happens at a very subtle level.
We at SAMYAMA guide one with certain techniques to purify all these 5 Elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. If followed with discipline life would be balanced from within. And when life is balanced from within, balancing the outer world becomes easy.
